1.1. These Terms and Conditions govern the supply of goods sold by CBD&E LTD trading as cbd_e_140216 of CBD&E, PO Box 1086, RM9 9UA, Dagenham, UK (we and us) to the customer (you).

2.3. All orders placed by you and purchases of goods by you from us are subject to acceptance by us (as described in clause 1.2). We may choose not to accept your order or purchase for any reason and will not be liable to you or to anyone else in those circumstances.

3. Price & Payment

Limited Warranty for Car Parts
 
 
This limited warranty (Warranty) is provided by CBD&E LTD (Seller) to the original purchaser (Buyer) of car parts (Product) sold by Seller. This Warranty is valid from the date of purchase for the period as described on the listing of the product, provided that the warranty is validated or registered within 30 days from the date of purchase.
 
 
Warranty Coverage:
 
 
1. Seller warrants that the Product will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service.
 
 
2. For the Warranty to remain valid, it is strongly recommended that the Product be installed by a qualified professional. A qualified professional is defined as an individual or an automotive service centre with the necessary expertise, knowledge, and experience to perform professional installations.
 
 
3. To validate the warranty, the buyer must message us on Bay within 30 days of purchase with the following details:
 
 
a. Proof of qualified professional installation, this can include invoices, receipts, or documentation from a certified mechanic or authorized service centre. The installation should be performed by a trained professional to ensure the proper functioning and compatibility of the part.
 
 
b. Exact location of the part: The buyer must specify the exact location where the purchased parts will be installed on their vehicle.
 
 
For example, if you bought only one parking sensor for the front bumper and your car has 6 sensors in total on the bumper, the Buyer should specify:
 
 
Bumper with 6 sensors:
 
 
1. Left or Right Front Center Sensor.
 
2. Left or Right Front Corner Sensor.
 
3. Left or Right Front Side Sensor.
 
(The Left side is the passenger side in the UK and driver side in the EU)
 
 
c. Car Manufacturer: (e.g., Mercedes)
 
d. Car Model: (e.g., C-Class)
 
e. Car Registration and VIN number:
 
 
4. If any defects arise within the warranty period and the Product has been installed by a qualified professional, Seller will, at its discretion, either repair or replace the defective Product, or issue a refund for the purchase price of the Product.
 
 
5. We will send a reply to confirm the warranty validation within 48 hours. Our aim is to provide you with a seamless warranty experience and address any concerns or inquiries you may have.
 
 
Warranty Exclusions:
 
 
This Warranty does not cover:
 
 
1. Any labour or other costs associated with the removal, installation, or disposal of the Product.
 
2. Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, accident, or any unauthorized modification or repair of the Product.
 
3. Normal wear and tear, including but not limited to cosmetic damage, scratches, or dents.
 
4. Damage caused using the Product for purposes other than its intended use or in a manner inconsistent with the Product s instructions.
 
5. Any damage or malfunctions resulting from the use of the Product in conjunction with incompatible parts or accessories.
 
6. Any Product that has been tampered with, altered, or is missing its original labels or serial numbers.
 
 
Claim Process:
 
 
If a warranty claim needs to be made, the Buyer should follow the steps outlined below:
 
 
1. Contact Seller s customer service department at cbde4all@gmail.com or by using the contact method within the channel you bought through. Provide the following information:
 
- Full name and contact information
 
- Date of purchase
 
- Proof of purchase (receipt, order confirmation, or screenshots)
 
- Detailed description of the defect or issue with the Product
 
- Any supporting documentation, including video or photos, that assists in determining the defective Product
 
 
2. Seller s customer service representative will guide the Buyer through the next steps, which may include:
 
- Requesting additional information or documentation, if necessary
 
- Providing instructions for returning the defective Product, if required
 
 
3. The Buyer is responsible for packaging and shipping the defective Product to Seller s designated address, following the instructions provided by the customer service representative. It is recommended to use a trackable shipping method and retain the shipping receipt for reference.
 
 
4. The Buyer will be responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees associated with returning the defective Product.
 
 
5. Once Seller receives the returned Product, it will be inspected to determine if it falls within the terms of the Warranty coverage.
 
 
6. If the claim is approved and it is verified that the Product was installed by a qualified professional, Seller will repair or replace the defective Product, or issue a refund for the purchase price, as per the terms of the Warranty.
