Any reference to ISMR LTD /Company/Seller/We/Us shall mean ISMR LTD who sell or supply specialist motor parts in the course of their trade or business.
Any reference to You/Buyer/Purchaser shall mean the person detailed on the sales invoice.
We are suppliers of mainly non-standard items. This means that, by their very nature, the parts we supply may not be a straightforward DIY fit. In some cases, modifications or adaptations may be required to achieve an acceptable fit. We therefore recommend that parts we supply should be fitted by a suitably qualified person.
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We only use the information we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).
These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. Transactions are governed by British Law and any dispute in transactions will be settled by British Law.
ORDERS
Orders placed via our ebay shop are mere offers to purchase and shall not be accepted or binding upon us until confirmed or acknowledged by means of email or dispatch confirmation. The automatically produced order confirmation email is purely an acknowledgement that you have submitted your order and allows you to check that you have entered all information correctly.
We retain the right to cancel any order at any time. If payment has been made, we will provide a full refund immediately.
PAYMENT
We will not despatch goods or put goods on back order until payment is received in full. Payment can be made by paypal, credit/debit card, cheque or bank transfer.
PRICES
We do our utmost to keep all prices and information on the ebay shop up to date. However, occasionally information from our suppliers can change at short notice, so we must reserve the right to alter specifications and prices on the ebay shop at short notice. In the rare event that the price of an item ordered through the ebay shop has changed we shall endeavour to hold to the price shown at the time of ordering. However, in cases where there is a substantial increase we shall contact you to agree a new price before accepting payment. If you do not wish to agree to the new price then we reserve the right to withdraw from the transaction.
Very occasionally we can make a mistake in online, email or phone prices/quotations. We reserve the right to correct these and will always inform you before proceeding with your order. We are not bound to the price quoted at time of ordering until you have received both the goods and an invoice.
DELIVERIES
When we quote delivery times it is in working days . This means any day excluding Saturday, Sunday and public holidays. We shall inform you immediately if we are informed of any delay and will inform you of the new delivery date.
SHORTAGES & DAMAGES
Once you or the person receiving the goods on your behalf has signed for them you have accepted that the goods are undamaged and that everything on the invoice/packing slip has been received. If goods are damaged and you inform us after signing for them we may not be able to make a claim from the couriers. Please inspect the goods as soon as possible after receipt and notify us immediately if there is a problem. If it is likely that you will not be the person signing for the goods (such as deliveries to a work address) it is your responsibility to ensure that the person signing knows what they are doing.

one of the worst transactions ever . just to get them to ship it out it took an month, they made me wait weeks to answer my question regarding paying for shipping they basically ignored me and treated me like they were special bc they had some hard to get goods and were doing me a favor, when they do not respond unless you bug them 5 or 6 times and beg them to ship, i finally got the 1st perfume but 2nd one was taking a whole month i finally just said cancel it, not worth it, just pay retail.
